SUPER – Unitary System in Educational and Rehabilitative Planning

SUPER is the observation form designed to document, personalize and generalize the particular intervention with children and young people with autism, and includes the identification of the areas of potential development and those of greatest concern, as well as the identification of objectives and strategies to be implemented. The objective is to promote the transition between the various stages of development, from childhood to adolescence, to build person-centred life plans.

The form facilitates the collection of data and information by promoting a process of building and working on (and in) networks, providing a basis of common and shared language that derives from the biopsychosocial model of the ICF-CY. Its compilation implies the collaboration of all the actors involved in the global and unambiguous definition of the operating profile.
