WHEN HOLIDAY HOMEWORK BECOMES AN ADVENTURE … IT’S CHILD’S PLAY!
An original series that proposes summer review activities for the main school subjects in fourth grade – Italian, maths, history, sciences and geography – in the form of entertaining puzzles that mark the highlights of an exciting journey in a distant country. With the twins Edo and Lara, their dog Biscotto and funny Aunt Olga, the children become the protagonists of an exciting adventure in China, to solve the mystery of a scary dragon. As the worksheets of increasing difficulty develop, the children attach the stickers of the equipment (first part) and complete the final puzzle (second part), arriving at the solution to the case.
In a richly illustrated format, they can: • review grammatical and logical analysis, large numbers, fractions and geometry, etc .; • consolidate the notions of ancient civilizations, the living kingdoms, landscapes in Italy, etc .; • have fun with the stickers; • learn some new facts about China, in an intercultural context.

A workbook aimed at all children who want to calmly get ready for the first year of lower secondary school, carrying out numerous activities to review the fifth grade school subjects (Italian, mathematics, history, geography, and science) in the form of fun brain teaser games.
The structure of the book
The worksheets are divided into two parts:
In the FIRST PART (sheets 1-40) you need to collect all the equipment. When aunt Olga says a riddle, you need to stick the correct sticker on the camping page, wherever you want. After you have got all 8 stickers (by choosing carefully because there are extras!), you are ready for the second part of the trip.
In the SECOND PART (sheets 41-80) other activity sheets are found. Here, aunt Olga will show you which pieces of the puzzle need to be inserted in the grid at the back of the book. When all 16 pieces are put together, the mystery of the ancient medallion (in the first book) or the mystery of the pretty dolphin (in the second book) will finally be solved!
