Following the success of the two The Italian workshop books, this box offers a series of fun games which reflect the four foundations for teaching Italian: Speaking, Reading, Writing and Linguistic reflection, and Vocabulary.
These games for children can be used with various aims:
– for discovering and experimenting new concepts and/or new skills;
– for consolidating and strengthening concepts which have already been acquired;
– for stimulating the cognitive and executive functions which form the basis of problem-solving skills, the use of creativity and of divergent thinking;
– for integrating with others by developing social skills whilst respecting given shared rules;
– for engaging and stimulating different learning channels, activating the multiple intelligences of each one;
– for transforming learning (knowledge and skills) into competences;
– for positively managing large and particularly heterogeneous classes in respecting learning times and individual work times.
Suitable for: ages 5-7
