This book presents and explores the innovative and effective methodology of Future dialogues. This approach aims to construct, through a dialogic and relational lens, a series of support projects on various levels and areas of social work — and beyond — enabling people to imagine a better future for themselves.

The volume examines the principles and key concepts on which this methodology is based and provides methodological suggestions and concrete examples of how facilitators operate within dialogue sessions. These sessions are useful to plan and conduct project meetings at the levels of casework, group work, and community work, actively involving professionals and those directly involved.
