Play with music

This book comes from years of experience in teaching music in the most different situations and with many differents tudents: children, adolescents, adults, parents, teachers, people more or less denied for music.

The basic idea is that music can be an exciting chance to play: it can be broken down and reassembled in different ways, it can be twisted and warped to create other sounds, other melodies. All games are suitable for primary and middle school and are divided into three groups: listening, because if you are not able to listen to what you play, your music will be empty and mechanical; make, especially reproduce the sounds that accompany us in our everyday life; inventing music, offering a completely new song or elaborating one you already know, using the musical writing or any other means other than playing.

In each section, activities are organized in order of difficulty, each one independent of others, so that the teacher can decide which path to follow. A fun and innovative book that encourages children to approach music through fun games.
