Structure of the book
Starting with some initial general advices, an illustrated list of things you must have when setting off on an exploration, and the explorer’s decalogue, this guide is devided into 4 sections, each seizing the opportunities that each season offers us: a specifc seasonal recipe, ideas for learning more about nature, guided observations, and suggestions for carrying out simple outdoor activities.

Manuela Ruaben A Trentino teacher, she lives at the foot of Mount Bondone. She has been a trainer since 2009, and is a scholar and expert in outdoor education. For more than thirty years, she has been sharing her days with children, planning, experimenting and getting excited with them every day.
