Flipped didactics in primary school

The volume provides all the useful information to start a path of flipped teaching in primary school by proposing 12 learning units divided into classes, 2 of which are CLIL for the English language, to make the pupils active protagonists of their own learning process, foster inclusion and education in the use of digital tools and the web.

Each unit is divided into:

• description and key idea of ​​the activities, with detailed references to online resources, videos and apps;
• expected targets of subject competence (National guidelines);
• transversal and digital skills (DigComp);
• knowledge, skills involved and learning evidence;
• operational phases with precise indications of what the teacher and pupils must do;
• work materials for the class: worksheets, checklists for self-assessment and peer evaluation.

Each proposed DLU highlights a particular aspect of flipped didactics: a cooperative strategy, a digital competence, a particular technological tool, an innovative resource; and they conclude with work instructions for the pupils, worksheets, and checklists for self-assessment and peer evaluation to be delivered to the class.
