The ABC of my emotions – ages 8-13

This new edition of the ABC of my emotions has been updated with the latest results from Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), which the book is based on, in order to present its unique features and identify its differences compared to other methodologies.

The book enables a complete intervention to be structured, with the aim of teaching children and early teens aged 8 to 13 to handle their emotions using specific cognitive restructuring techniques.
